About the Role

Massive is looking for a Paid Media Manager to manage how we reach, acquire, and grow audiences through paid media. We're building a category-defining company and brand, and paid media will be an important part of putting Massive in front of more developers, businesses, and technology leaders at the moments that matter.

You'll own paid media execution across channels such as Google Search, X, LinkedIn, Reddit, Meta, YouTube, and emerging channels, building campaigns that drive acquisition, pipeline, and revenue. You'll be equally comfortable contributing to strategy, getting hands-on inside ad platforms, analyzing performance, and rapidly testing new ideas.

This is a hands-on role for someone who understands B2B SaaS, developer and enterprise audiences, is deeply analytical, and knows that great performance marketing requires both creative instincts and technical rigor.

AI should be native to how you work. You'll use AI to move faster, uncover insights, develop and test ad creative, identify new audiences and opportunities, and build an intelligent and scalable paid media operation.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the paid media leader to execute and optimize Massive's paid media strategy across audiences, channels, and stages of the funnel
  • Build, launch, and manage campaigns across Google Search, X, LinkedIn, Reddit, Meta, YouTube, retargeting, and emerging channels
  • Develop and test approaches for reaching developers, technical decision-makers, and B2B buyers across platforms
  • Manage paid search end-to-end, including keywords, campaign structure, ad copy, bidding, landing pages, and ongoing optimization
  • Use AI throughout the paid media workflow to accelerate research, creative development, analysis, testing, and optimization
  • Partner with content, creative, marketing, and analytics to develop high-performing campaigns and improve conversion
  • Monitor budgets and performance, using data to identify opportunities and continuously improve acquisition, pipeline, CAC, and ROI
  • Build a disciplined testing program across creative, messaging, audiences, channels, and landing pages, while staying ahead of new platforms, formats, and advertising capabilities

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven success managing paid media for B2B SaaS, developer-focused, or technical products
  • Deep hands-on expertise across Google Ads, X, LinkedIn, Reddit, and Meta
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics, including CAC, LTV, pipeline, conversion, and ROI
  • Highly fluent with AI tools and workflows for campaign development, analysis, testing, and optimization
  • Analytical and experimental mindset with strong creative instincts and attention to detail
  • Self-starter who moves quickly, communicates clearly, and thrives in a high-growth environment
  • Proficient with data, with the ability to independently identify insights
  • Self-starter mentality and the ability to navigate and thrive in high-pressure situations
  • Exacting standards, eager to grow and contribute to a team dedicated to excellence
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
