Stephen Elliott v. Corcept Therapeutics, Inc., No. 17-CV-1303 (SRC) (D.N.J.). That action was initiated in February 2017, in the District Court of New Jersey, by a former employee of the Company (the "Relator"). In connection with that action, the DOJ previously issued a records subpoena to the Company in November 2021, seeking information relating to the sale and promotion of Korlym®, the Company's relationships with and payments to health care professionals who prescribe or recommend Korlym, and prior authorizations and reimbursement for Korlym.
