  On September 2, 2026, Arrow Electronics, Inc. entered into Amendment No. 36 to the Transfer and Administration Agreement governing Arrow's existing domestic accounts-receivable securitization facility. The Amendment extends the maturity date from September 10, 2027, to September 2, 2029, increases the facility limit from $1.5 billion to $1.75 billion, adds a step-up provision temporarily raising the maximum permitted leverage ratio for certain material acquisitions, and modifies certain definitions and conditions.
