  On May 20, 2026, our board of directors approved an increase to the size of the board from twelve to thirteen members and appointed Luke Wood to fill the newly created vacancy. Mr. Wood, age 57, is a co-founder and has served as the Chief Executive Officer of Violet St Holdings, LLC since September 2022. From August 2014 to April 2020, Mr. Wood served as President of Beats by Dr. Dre, and as a Vice President at Apple Inc.

  In connection with the departure of Mr. Andersen, we plan to appoint Doug Hott, our current Vice President of Finance, Strategy, and Corporate Development, to serve as our Chief Financial Officer. Since July 2024, Mr. Hott, age 53, has served as our Vice President of Finance, Strategy and Corporate Development. Mr. Hott holds a B.S. in Physics from Bradley University, and an M.S. in Astrophysics and an M.B.A. from the University of Cincinnati.

  we posted an Investor Update presentation to our Investor Relations website at investor.snap.com, which includes, among other things, updated financial outlook information for the first quarter of 2026. In the presentation, we disclosed estimated total revenue of approximately $1.529 billion, representing 12% growth year-over-year, and estimated adjusted EBITDA of approximately $233 million, in each case for the first quarter of 2026.
